A personal medical consultation with our Vital Kauaʻi medical provider, who performs your EKG on-island and is present overnight in ceremony. Somatic and nervous-system preparation. Weekly guidance through our member portal, so you arrive clear, steady, and ready to receive.
Ceremony
Two fully held nights with the root, one-on-one or in a container of up to three, with experienced guides and medical oversight, in a sanctuary where the land itself holds you.

Is the root sacrament legal?
Vital Kauaʻi operates as a legally established church. Our plant sacrament work is held within a protected religious context. We are happy to speak with you directly about our legal structure.
Is the root safe?
The root has an excellent safety record. The rare serious risks are primarily cardiac, and are most closely associated with the isolated and concentrated alkaloid extracted from it. We work only with the whole root, titrated slowly and in continuous dialogue with your body. We seek to meet the clinical standard of care wherever we can: a medical consultation and health review with our Vital Kauaʻi medical provider, and medical clearance before ceremony; an EKG with our medical provider on-island before your first ceremony; our medical provider present overnight at every ceremony; and attentive medical presence throughout.
